Returns
Our return policy require receipt or proof of purchase which lasts 30 days. After this 30 days we will no longer accept any returns/refunds.
All item packaged has a return address which is our manufacturing warehouse based in California, U.S.A. You can return your items to this address - please be aware that your return postage cost are your own responsibility and this cost is non-refundable.
Once you have returned the items, drop us an email with the product and packaged details, snap a photo of your order receipt and attached that also to the email - [email protected]
Refunds
All refunds (if approved) will be dealt with within this 30 day returning period. Once product / items have been received we will assess/inspect the faulty or damaged product. We will notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If it has approved, your refund will be processed to your account.
Only Regular priced products can be refunded, it does not apply to "sales items".
